Step 1: Create Your Online Account 

The very first step is to have an active account, and if you don’t already have one, you can do so by visiting the official DGIP portal and register using your email. 

You will receive a verification link. Once your account is activated, log in to the dashboard. 

Step 2: Select the “Renew Passport” Option 

Confirm that your case qualifies for online renewal. The system will guide you through basic eligibility questions. 

Step 3: Complete the Application Form 

This part is simple but must match your CNIC/NICOP. 

You’ll fill: 

• Personal details (same as ID) 

• Passport details 

• Address (Pakistan + UAE) 

If even one detail does not match your CNIC, the application may go into “verification,” which delays processing. 

Step 4: Upload Your Documents 

This is the part where most applicants slow down, because: 

• The photo needs to meet specific guidelines
